How much protein is in each serving?

How and when do I use it?
Mix 1 rounded scoop (40g) with 200–250ml of cold water and shake, 1–3 times daily. Take it post-workout, between meals, or before bed for overnight muscle support.

The supplement tastes very good and I have not experienced any bloatings like I did with other brands.

I bought a whole lot of goodies, some of the usual and a bit of new things to try like the Intraload. Honestly for me it works wonders, my recovery time during rugby practice and gym sessions is much shorter than usual and I can also feel the difference in my energy levels. I also bought GABA which is also supposed to help with sleep, and I must say as someone who really struggles with shutting my brain off when it's time for bed, it's really been helpful. I get some good sleep, just the right amount and I don't want up tired. Highly recommend the platinum whey +, I've been using it for years.

Okay so for years I've tried different brands and I never liked the after taste and would feel nauseous after a shake (even when mixing with water) so I stopped buying them. So I saw the gluten free & wheat free & soy free labels and I was like "okay I'm trying this". I took the double chocolate, I'm so impressed, I feel great and there's no weird after taste and I don't feel nauseous at all!!! and it's so filling!!!!! I mix it with fat free milk and it tastes like if you blend a brownie with cream. It's like drinking a brownie, it's PERFECT!!!! And it's super creamy. So I'll be buying this from now on, and just like that I'm back whey shakes. Love NPL for this <3

It's a horribly sweet protein powder with a very grainy tongue feel, and that sickly after taste of too many artificial sweeteners. I've ditched it for something far lower in sodium and sweetness.
Breakfast was a chore and the thought of having to have another shake during the day rather made me grab my water and starve myself. I only tried the vanilla bean as I will not be wasting my money on another flavour only to be disappointed again.
