Returns and Refunds
● Return window: If you are dissatisfied with a purchase you may return it within 6 months, provided the product has not expired. Returns require the original tax invoice. To start a return, refund or exchange, email orders@npl.za.com.
● What we cannot accept: We do not accept returns of products that have been opened or tampered with, or personal hygiene products.
● Inspection and discretion: NPL has the discretion to refund you after inspecting the returned items.
● Refund methods: We have the discretion to refund you by any appropriate means, including cash, a gift card (electronic or otherwise), crediting the relevant customer account, or crediting the applicable credit or debit card.
● Return courier costs: If you wish to return an order for reasons unrelated to any fault with the product or an error in the order, you are liable for all courier costs incurred.
● Warranty disclaimer: NPL provides no guarantee against product defects and excludes all implied or express warranties, and disclaims liability for injury or damage arising from product use. To report a faulty product or a complaint, contact support@npl.za.com.
● Products bought from our retail partners: Returns for products bought through a retail partner follow that partner's policy: Takealot, Amazon, Dis-Chem, and Body Action Sport Gear. Independent retailers have their own policies.
● Event tickets: Refunds are not available within 14 days before an event. Earlier requests may be considered case by case. Transferring a ticket to another person requires approval, with at least 5 days notice.
Cancellations
● Cancelling an order: You may cancel before dispatch, at NPL's discretion, by contacting Customer Services on 011 043 2525 or orders@npl.za.com. NPL reserves the right to debit your payment card for the delivery and admin fees in respect of any cancellation. Cancelling a payment does not eliminate your purchase obligations. NPL may also cancel sales and registrations for breaches of the Terms & Conditions.
