I've tried the Chocolate Sundae one first because I'm more of a Chocolate person than a Vanilla type. Taste was great until I've tried the Vanilla Doughnut flavor, which won me over completely. Keeps me full but I have to drink 2x servings together before it really helps with my hunger cravings, this will all differ from person to person. Love this, will definitely buy again, keeps me from eating sugary things.

Not thick at all, however I use 300ml non fat milk.
