    one of the best products iv used so far , helps with tummy issues especially if you have a lactose issue. easy to digest , no queasy feeling , keeps you full without the heaviness. most of us develop a lactose resistance as we get older this then kills an enzyme called lactase thats used to break down the lactose.

    I tried a lot of brands of whey protein, but this specific brand outweighs them all. Clean, and very digestible. I started seeing results after just after a week. ( You also have to do your part at the gym).
