Casein Slow Release Night Time Protein
SLOW-RELEASE NIGHT TIME PROTEIN
NPL’s Casein Night Time Protein provides 22 g of high-quality, slow release protein in each serving. Casein provides a steady stream of amino acids to muscle cells for up to seven hours. This ensures positive nitrogen retention for much longer periods compared to that of whey protein. Casein is best used in the evening allowing for extended protein absorption and steady protein synthesis.
Features and benefits:
- 22g protein per serving
- 5 000 mg L-glutamine for improved recovery.
- Slow-release protein source.
- Promotes greater muscle and strength development.
- Creates positive nitrogen retention and promotes an optimal anabolic environment.
