Since I'm sensitive to caffeine, I started with 1 scoop then after 2 weeks moved to 1.5 scoops... yesterday I tried 2 scoops lol and the itching began, think I found my tolerance level
Product is great, doesn't spike energy but gives enough to complete workouts
I feel more energized and have less cravings, that's probably the CLA that I use too, along with the premium whey and al carnitine
