Dosage: Take 4 capsules before bed. Serious athletes may consider taking an additional 4 capsules prior to training. Use for cycles lasting 8 weeks. Discontinue use for 2-4 weeks before repeating the cycle. Alternatively use as directed by your health and fitness advisor.

A product like Test Charge is not easy to feel on the body when someone is exercising and dieting as well as taking the other products. But I know from taking tongat ali a year ago that the testicles feels fuller. I am feeling the same effect using Test Charge as well as a vitality to train more vigorously.

In general I am always very sceptical about testosterone boosters. However I can say that I can definitely feel the difference in my personal wellbeing. I take them as recommended before bedtime. My sleep has improved, my energy levels are higher when I wake in the morning. If I have to base my review on just that I would strongly recommend it.

It really makes a difference as I go to gym at 5am. I wake up and I feel like it contributes to my workout and it's still in my system. As for when I take it at night, I get calm and relaxed.

I do not know what to say about test charge... As I do not take supplements often... Almost I take creatine for a month and then take creatine again in the next 6 months to a year I've never taken anything else ever... Test charge I can say is a support and one thing I can say is that it helps with my concentration levels insanely... Feel more driven to work harder so I give it a 5 star because I'm not a supplements kinda person and this is a first so it's pretty awesome
