EAA’s and BCAA’s
PERFECT RATIO OF BCAA's AND EAA's
Amino Acids are the building blocks of protein and are important for muscle recovery and growth, particularly during and after strenuous exercise. Essential amino acids cannot be produced in the body and may need to be consumed through diet or supplementation.
The branched-chain amino acids, leucine, isoleucine, and valine may support muscle growth by stimulating muscle protein synthesis – and this may be more effective in the presence of the other essential amino acids. Ultimately, NPL’s BCAA & EAA 12:1:1 may aid physical performance, promote recovery, and reduce muscle breakdown.
Feature and benefits:
- Perfect ratio of EAAs.
- Improve muscle recovery and support protein synthesis.
- Supports energy metabolism – supports endurance.
- Reduce muscle fatigue.
- Zero carbs.
- Stimulant free.
