I am so impressed with how it helps toning and defining. I will keep on using this product . For years I’ve been exercising 4-5x a week and I wasn’t loosing weight but only building muscle and improving my fitness, this was the missing link to the toning and loosing my belly fat. Great product it improved my digestive system.

I started with a lower dose (1 capsule 3x a day) so my body could adapt to the supplement. Now I’m taking 2 capsules 2-3 a day. So far, I’m happy with the product it has really helped me during prep when my meal portion sizes are smaller leading up to the bodybuilder competition. I look leaner, and it has also helped with fatigue.

Doesn’t cause any bloat, definitely see a difference in my arms, comes with exercising 4 to 5 times a week. The Choc Peanut is my favourite. The container isn’t full so you don’t get the full 2kg they advertised for.
