Excipients: Vegetarian Capsule, Anti Caking agent (E500).
Dosage: Take 3 capsules (one serving) twice daily. Take one serving 20 minutes before lunchtime or 20 minutes before training in the afternoon. Do not take at the same time as any prescription medication — wait at least 2 hours. Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime. Maintain an adequate state of hydration. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
