Femme Fit Fest Recap: Highlights from Our Women's Month Event

This past Saturday, 29 August 2026, Femme Fit Fest brought the heat, literally, to Syringa Park, Avianto Estate. Our Women's Month fitness event proved once again that nothing stops the Femme Fit Tribe. Hot weather or not, the ladies showed up, worked out and brought the best energy.

Stepping Out of Comfort Zones with Tidi

On the mats, Tidi Sehlako had everyone trying new yoga poses and stepping out of their comfort zones, warmed up and ready for the next round of workouts.

Feeling Inspired with Monique

Then Monique.Fit brought the motivation we didn't know we needed during her strength and conditioning session. She reminded us to never give up, and to stop always choosing easy when things get hard.

Ending on a High Note with Fitness Icon SA

We closed off on the highest of highs with Fitness Icon SA dance crew, moving through a variety of dance segments the ladies absolutely loved. The energy was fantastic.

Wellness Vendors at Femme Fit Fest

Our event partners were on hand all morning at this year's Women's Month event, offering products and services the ladies loved exploring. But honestly, GymDog Activewear's dog mascot stole the show. The ladies could not get enough of him!

Attendees also made the most of free breast examinations at the Pink Drive stall, walking away with expert guidance and real peace of mind.
