You Will Need:
- 2.5 Scoops NPL Diet Pro Vanilla DonutΒ
- 100g Self-Raising Flour
- 60ml Syrup
- 1 tsp Baking Powderβ
- 2 tsp Cinnamon Powderβ
- 2 tsp Nutmeg Powderβ
- 28g Coconut Oilβ
- 1 Egg β
- Ginger Breadmen Shaped Cookie Cutter β β β
- Toppings of your choice! (Smarties/ Icing/ Jelly Beans)
Method:

Preheat your oven to 180 degrees and line a baking tray

Mix together all the dry ingredients in a bowl

Whisk the egg and add it to the mix β

Melt coconut oil for 30-60 secs in the microwave and add to the mixture β

Mix ingredients together until dough is formed β

Roll out the dough and cut the gingerbread shape, the mixture should make 10 biscuits

Place onto baking tray and bake for 10-12 minsβ

Remove from oven and allow to cool
