A Legacy Built Since 1920

The Virseker Noordvaal Cup is one of South Africa's oldest and most respected school rugby tournaments. Since its inception in 1920, it has grown into a tournament that measures the strength of an entire rugby programme, not just a single team.

Unlike many rugby tournaments that focus solely on First XV results, Noordvaal rewards depth and development across every age group. With more than 200 schools competing across multiple divisions, it remains one of the most competitive and influential structures in South African schoolboy rugby.

A Partnership With Purpose

NPL recently celebrated 10 years in the sports nutrition industry. While Noordvaal has been around for more than a century, we share a common belief that great performance starts with strong foundations.
