Creatine Fuel utilises an advanced creatine delivery system designed to enhance muscle-cell volumisation and has been formulated to maximise creatine absorption, amplify ATP production, and increase power output. Creatine fuel delivers a combination of carbohydrates, including highly branched cyclic dextrin and waxy maize starch, which may replenish muscle glycogen stores more efficiently than traditional carbohydrate sources. This unique formulation may support the rapid delivery and absorption of creatine and other key anabolic components into the muscle tissue to increase muscle recovery and promote muscle hypertrophy.

Mix 2 level scoops (50 g) with 300ml cold water. On training days drink 1 serving daily, preferably post workouts. On non-training days consume 1 serving first thing in the morning. Serving size may be halved and taken 6 hours apart if required.

Lumpy/moisture /terrible creating for the most expensive creatine on store. Highly disappointed.

1. Poor solubility:the powder doesn’t dissolve well in water, leaving lumps and residue.
2. Lack of response:I’ve mailed NPL without receiving a reply.
3. Questionable absorption : one wonders if the product’s formulation affects its effectiveness.
4. Questionable third party testing !!!

Woul not recommend this unless we get some answers.
This makes me question the entire range of NPL range.

Feedback would be highly appreciated.

Product was moisture damaged or temperature damaged, the product was clumping to an extreme degree, and after I emailed about the problem, nothing was done and I was ignored after 1 or 2 emails. I am not a new customer so this was very disappointing and I am extremely unhappy with how this was dealt with.
