Moving Together: FemmeFit Fest Women's Day Wellness Event 2025

Wellness shouldn't be a solo journey, especially for women. That's why this Women's Day, we brought together over 600 women of all ages and fitness levels at Syringa Park, Avianto Estate for the biggest FemmeFit Fest yet! Because there's something powerful that happens when women move together.

The Day Breakdown

A big thank you to our fantastic line-up of trainers who each brought something unique to the day. Each FemmeFit Fest seems to attract more and more attention, and we're always looking to improve. We think we smashed it out of the park with this workout lineup, and you could tell by the way the ladies were moving on the day.

Whether you were sweating through HIIT, throwing punches in boxing, dancing like no one was watching, or finding your zen in yoga, the energy was incredible from start to finish.

No FemmeFit Fest would be complete without the incredible brands and collaborators who helped bring this event to life. From beauty to fitness essentials, our partners made sure every attendee was spoiled.

Each attendee received a goodie bag worth over R1000, filled with NPL products and partner gifts, while NPL’s premixed product range kept the crowd hydrated and energised between workouts. The lucky draw and best social media post winners always get the crowd going after each event as well.
