They are just alright, haven’t really seen the effects unless I eat bran. Won’t be buying again though.

It works

I would say it took about a week or so for my body to fully reep the rewards of a normal digestive system, but i can say that it works. Can you get a more affordable option yes. So it's up to you to decide. It does work, but the more affordable one's work just as well.
