– 3/4 serving of Vanilla NPL Platinum Whey
– 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
– 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice or cinnamon
– 1/4 tsp stevia or sweetener of choice
– A small handful of ice
– A tiny pinch of guar or xanthan gum, optional (I use it to thicken my shakes or smoothies)
- Add all the ingredients to a blender or Nutribullet and blend until thick and creamy.
- Sprinkle some cinnamon over the top and enjoy.
