    Great presentation and packaging. Taste is not bad. So far I prefer this product over what I was using and I look forward to seeing the continued results from it. I even cut down my post workout meal which is not a bad position to be in either.

    Nice flavors. Far less sugar than other shakes which is awesome. The thickness is tolerable unlike other shakes out there which you battle to swallow. Lastly most of my clothes don’t fit anymore so its a job well done by NPL.

    guys am i suppose to use the NPL hyper gain before or after training?

      We would suggest to consume 1 serving with breakfast or between breakfast and lunch, another serving between lunch and dinner and another serving post workout.
      However it would be advisable to stick to the recommended usage stated on the label and via our website. http://www.npl.za.com

      As a nutritional supplement, add 2-5 rounded scoops (140g – 300g) to 240-600ml of cold water or full cream milk and consume 1-3 times daily. It is recommended that you use 1 full serving daily (5 scoops) in divided dosages. Use as a recovery post-training drink and/or supplement with or between meals or as directed by your healthcare practitioner/fitness advisor. Serving size and mixing ratios may be adjusted to meet individual requirements and taste preferences.individual requirements and taste preferences.

      There are approximately 50 scoops of product in the 4kg Hyper Gain, so it would depend on how many scoops per day you take. Recommended intake is 2-5 scoops daily, depending on your caloric needs.

    I’ll be trying out the npl hyper gain for the time and I’m not a person with milk. Which flavor may I try out first that doesn’t taste like milk. I like banana products usually. Just not sure how this banana is
