  • 6 level scoops NPL Series Black HydroBeef (approx. 52g Protein)
  • 4 level scoops NPL Pure Series Maltodextrine (approx. 96g carbs)
  • ¼ Cup Raw Unflavoured Oats
  • 1 Frozen Banana (chop up some bananas and put into Ziploc bags to keep in the freezer)
  • 2 Cups Milk
  • 2 Tbs. MCT Oil
  • 1 Tbs. Peanut Butter
  • 1 Tbs. Organic Maca Powder
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • 5 Ice Cubes

Add all of the ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a large shaker cup.
