These Platinum Whey protein cookies are delicious and easy to make! See the full recipe below:

Ingredients:

• 2 very ripe bananas.
• 3 scoops (approx..32g) Platinum Whey, Vanilla Ice Cream Flavour or Cookies and Cream Flavour
• 1 cup rolled oats or stone cut oats.
• 2 tbsp peanut butter, unsalted and unsweetened.
• 1 cup chopped chocolate chunks. Use 70-90% dark chocolate. It’s healthier.
• Cooking spray.

The rest is pretty easy. Mash everything together with a fork to create a smooth and even liquid batter. The riper the bananas, the better.
Stir well to create consistency. Add the dark chocolate chips and give a few more stirs to mix them in evenly.
Spoon mixture onto a prepared baking tray using the Cooking spray. Bake for 12 minutes at approx.. 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes depending on how hard you like the cookies.

Remove them from the oven and cool on a cooling rack for 5-10 minutes.

Refrigerate for up to 1 week using a sealable container.
These protein cookies can be frozen for up to 1 month. Simply defrost them in a microwave to restore softness and moisture.
