These NPL Platinum Whey protein balls only require a few ingredients and take a couple of minutes to throw together. A delicious and healthy snack to have anytime of the day.
- 1 cup raw oats
- 1/3 cup diced nuts, dried fruit or dark chocolate chips
- ½ cup sugar-free peanut butter
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 2 scoops NPL Platinum Whey Protein.
- Combine all ingredients in a medium sized mixing bowl.
- Use a tablespoon to scoop up the mixture and roll into balls, about 2/3cm in diameter.
- Place balls on a plate covered with wax paper (to avoid sticking).
- Place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before consuming.
