INGREDIENTS:

1 serving of NPL Platinum whey protein

1 egg white

1/3 of a sachet of baby food in butternut, carrot and sweet potato flavour (it has the lowest macros) OR 1/4 cup of pumpkin puree

1/2 tsp cinnamon

3/4 tsp baking powder

A pinch of stevia powder

METHOD:

Mix together in a bowl (If it’s too thick add 1 TBS of water)

Pop into the microwave for 1 min 30 seconds to 2 mins (or until the centre is cooked)

Top with some fat free cottage cheese (mixed with some stevia or sweetener of choice) and a sprinkle of cinnamon

OPTIONAL:

Drizzle some sugar free syrup over the top of the cake
