Ingredients

  • ¼ cup raw oats
  • ¼ cup smooth cottage cheese
  • ½ scoop ProLifestyle Diet Pro. Choose your preferred flavour.
  • 2 egg whites

Instructions

  1. Blend all of your ingredients together to form a smooth batter.
  2. Place your pan on the stove over medium heat.
  3. Pour your batter into the pan and flip once the edges start to brown.
  4. Serve with Greek yoghurt, honey, strawberries, banana and/or organic peanut butter.
