Fulfill your Cinnabon craving with these delicious, flourless, Diet Pro cinnamon rolls!
- 3 Egg Whites
- 1 Egg
- 2 heaped scoops NPL ProLifestyle Diet Pro Vanilla Doughnut or Milk and Honey flavour
- ¼ cup Almond Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
- ¼ cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 heaped scoop NPL ProLifestyle Diet Pro Vanilla Doughnut or Milk and Honey flavour
- ½ cup Plain Greek Yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 tablespoon Xylitol
- 1 teaspoon Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 ½ teaspoons of cinnamon
- Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Mix all cake ingredients together in a medium-size bowl.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper or Spray ‘n Cook.
- Pour the cake batter onto your tray and bake for 5-10 minutes until firm.
- While the cake batter bakes, mix all the frosting ingredients together in a small bowl.
- Once the cake batter is cooked, coat it with the frosting while it’s still hot.
- Cut into strips then roll each strip into a cinnamon roll.
- Sprinkle with extra cinnamon and enjoy.
