Fulfill your Cinnabon craving with these delicious, flourless, Diet Pro cinnamon rolls!


For Frosting

  • 1 heaped scoop NPL ProLifestyle Diet Pro Vanilla Doughnut or Milk and Honey flavour
  • ½ cup Plain Greek Yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Xylitol
  • 1 teaspoon Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 ½ teaspoons of cinnamon


  1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Mix all cake ingredients together in a medium-size bowl.
  3. Line a baking tray with parchment paper or Spray ‘n Cook.
  4. Pour the cake batter onto your tray and bake for 5-10 minutes until firm.
  5. While the cake batter bakes, mix all the frosting ingredients together in a small bowl.
  6. Once the cake batter is cooked, coat it with the frosting while it’s still hot.
  7. Cut into strips then roll each strip into a cinnamon roll.
  8. Sprinkle with extra cinnamon and enjoy.
