WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
1x Tbspn Cinnamon powder
Cinnamon contributes to healthy blood sugar levels and is also a potent antioxidant.
1x Tbspn Himalaya salt
This type of salt is much healthier than ordinary table salt because it’s much richer in minerals and absorbs better.
2x Raw organic Maca powder

150-250g Raw organic stone cut oats (rolled oats will also do just fine).

75ml Full cream milk
Only use full cream milk as low fat milk has been refined and stripped of its healthy nutrients.
10ml MCT oil
MCT (Medium-chain triglyceride) oil is another healthy fat from coconut oil and remains one of the best natural energy sources for the human body. It provides high levels of caprylic (C8) and capric (C10) acid triglycerides. Medium-chain triglyceride supplementation temporarily increases levels of ketones, which may serve as an alternative energy source in the brain and in muscle.
HOW TO PREPARE:
Add the milk and eggs to your shaker cup and mix them together.
Add the butter to a medium heated pan and wait for it to melt. Don’t heat up the pan too high as it will overcook the eggs and fats.
Then add the eggs and milk from the shaker cup and cook for approximately 2 minutes. Sprinkle over the cinnamon, maca and salt.
Lastly add the oats and the MCT oil and stir while cooking. It’s important not to cook the oats, but rather to add it in last to create a nice batter combined with the rest of the ingredients. Cook for another 2 minutes and remove from heat.
