These healthy egg muffin recipes are low carb and ketogenic friendly. Leave out the cheese for a dairy free and paleo breakfast on the go.

The base for each recipe is the same. You require 10 large eggs, whisked in a large mixing bowl, and a lined muffin tray. Mix all ingredients together and bake your egg muffin cups for 10 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
